Everything is shipped through Canada Post from Oakville, Ontario.  I use the regular parcel option, which also includes insurance up to $100.

 

Once your order has been received, I will let you know when it has been shipped and the estimate arrival date.  Shipping in Canada usually takes about a week or a little longer to the West Coast or remote areas.

As each piece is hand made and unique all sales are final.

 

No one likes to receive broken pottery… so that is why I take the upmost care in packaging my pottery so they arrive to you in one piece!  If you do receive a broken piece please contact me within 24 hours of receipt and send a picture of the piece in the box it was shipped in.  A replacement piece can be made or you may opt for a full refund ( less the shipping costs).

 

A replacement item does take time to make, so it may take a few weeks for it to be made and shipped to you, and because each piece is hand made and unique variations may occur in colour and exact sizing in each piece.

Items on Clearance or Seconds Sale are final sale.  These items are guaranteed to function to be used as intended - they are items where I have discontinued the technique, glaze colour or form style, or may have minor imperfections in them.

 

Seconds items are pieces that are just not perfect (In my eyes) - they have imperfections such as milky glaze (which means its put on too thick), pin holes, or trapped air bubbles or rough edges.  They function as intended unless otherwise stated.  As they are not up to my quality standards you can have a great piece for an even better price.
